Floor Sanding Questions
Can every wooden floor be sanded?
No. Solid timber and many parquet floors can usually be sanded, but engineered flooring must have enough usable wear layer. We assess the construction and condition before recommending sanding.
Is the process completely dust-free?
No sanding process is literally dust-free. We use professional dust-controlled equipment and careful extraction to reduce airborne dust and disruption.
Can you move furniture?
Furniture moving can be included where practical. Small personal items should normally be removed before work begins, and heavy or specialist items may need separate arrangements.
Can I choose the colour and sheen?
Yes. Natural finishes, stains and different sheen levels can be discussed and samples may be prepared before full application.
